the purpose of this blog is clearly seen. they have their good intentions in starting up this blog.

some people may be street smart as they are. but some are not that smart. some are in crude words, plain dumb like fucks. but somehow u can’t blame them. there’s no one to guide them. this blog in my point of view is a space where those who are vulnerable or are not as strong willed in certain things and not experienced in certain matters seek their solace, seek their guidance and comfort.

it is true that certain things takes 2 hands to clap. and may be the fault of both male and female parties. somehow kids are kids. teenagers are teenagers. they all need guidance. and this guidance often, they do not seek from the people who would be there for them their whole life, parents. they would seek it through other means and ways, i.e. the internet.

ponder upon this question. how many teens/kids would actually really seek advice n guidance from the so called ’someone older’ face to face in reality. few would.

i am saying this not because ‘i’ve been a teen once’ . but it’s cause i’ve been through that phase where there’s no one to guide me and i made bad mistakes in life.

i honestly applaud you girls for doing up this blog. at the same time, gvhg ’s advice is to be considered, really =)

But we our intention here is not to defame the boy, we are simply providing inside information and informing others what this person is pulling. It is a warning and if they don’t take it, then we can’t do much.

However, we do intend to counsel and provide comfort. We aren’t professionals but we assure you, we have a geninue interest to help these girls. We were not hurt by this particular boy but we were all hurt emotionally, psychologically by others. This is something we share in common and we can relate to.

As for defamation, hmmm. It’s pretty much all accurate and we have material witnesses.

While the boy is in the wrong (I do not deny that), flaming him online does nothing but aggravate the problem. You have wrongly taken a rather hubristic and narcissistic moral high ground (which, judging from your language and tone, you do not deserve), launching a series of unwarranted and unjustified rant on the boy.

If you truly are concerned about the welfare of the girls and wish to ameliorate the situation, I suggest you adopt a more constructive approach, like either confronting the culprit directly or counseling or comforting the girls instead of insulting the boy online.

you’re missing my point. the point is, you can’t protect people from their own stupidity. If a person is dumb enough to believe something like “marry me in 8 years”, then certainly this blog warning would do nothing to dissuade them. I have no doubts that this guy is scum, but I’m not sure if what you’re doing is of any use at all.

If its teenage naivete at fault as you say, then it just proves my point that what you’re doing will not help at all. Seriously i’ve been a teen once, so lets think: when was the last time a reckless teen would listen to the advice of someone older, no matter how well-meaning? Everyone at that age thinks that they’re always right! And even if they’re not, they’ll refuse to listen and insist on trying things out on their own.

I do have a question for you ladies though. Aren’t you both young yourself? I might even venture to say that the reason why you’re taking this personally is because either one of you had been hurt by this guy, or someone close to you was.
